Steam Connectivity Issues.

I can do EVERYTHING in Steam, I can chat with friends in the Friends window, I can search games, I can see my library, but the moment I click on my profile itself, no game section, no friends, nothing. This isn't a problem, the problem is when I start a download, no thumbnail for my game, flat line with 0mbps, now, before you ask if it's my internet connection, I'm here typing this on Reddit with said computer. My Epic Games launcher works, my discord works, my browsers ALL work, League of Legends works, it's only Steam! I even get met with a "No internet connection" message every three or so tries when logging in.

Yes, I have:

1.) Changed my download region, problem is still there.

2.) Downloaded a game last night, or started without any issues.

3.) Put my Automatic Settings off in my LAN settings.

4.) Reinstalled Steam.

5.) Ran in Compatibility Mode.

6.) Flushed my DNS just in case.

7.) Restarted my router, used both LAN AND Ethernet.

8.) Open and closed Steam.

9.) Closed any Antiviruses and Firewalls.

It makes zero sense! On my cellphone, I can open Steam and purchase games, but on my PC I am stuck. I'm downloading games on other launchers as we speak with no hassle.

Have you tried booting your OS in safe-mode with networking and see if the issue persists?

I'm having the same issue and I saw someone else posting a similar thread. Right now it is kind of working, but the catch is, since the download speed tends to decrease when the download is about to finish, I'm 0.2 MB away from playing my latest updated game. This really makes no sense because I followed the same steps you mentioned and worst of all, the problem started out of nowhere.
