add friend cooldown

i remember once i removed like 95% of my friends instantly because they were inactive so after that every time i added like 4 people i got this cooldown for maybe 2-3 month and its been 9 month since its started and im so tired of cant using steam features and everytime i contact steam support they just say the same thing i dont have their specific note but they say something llike u have reached max invite friends and u will have to wait to add more friends . does anyone how can this be fixed ?

Well, this is a user forum, so nobody here has any idea what's going on.

If you think something went wrong, you just have to continue trying to explain it to support. Be precise and brief, and tell them exactly what you've done, and why you think it's not working correctly.

9 months is a long time, and i think only support can help there.

They mentioned max invite, so do you have friend slots available?

What level are you on Steam and how many friends do you have (and pending invites)?
