I would say unless you're a really big die hard fallout fan and/or really liked Fallout 1 definite maybe. I mean they're classic games and all. I played Fallout 1 quite a bit 20ish years ago and enjoyed it. But unless you find a lot of charm in PC games from the 90's they can feel pretty rough. Not everything ages like fine wine.
Sometimes you had to be there. And if you weren't, being a little underwhelmed by the experience would hardly surprise me.
