Add desktop shortcuts blank icons

I recently moved my games to a new hard drive. I had steam locate it and all the games were detected, no problem. But the desktop shortcuts didn't work anymore bcause the path to the library changed. So i deleted all of them and started trying to add the new desktop shortcuts. I selected all my games on steam, right click>manage>add desktop shortcuts and it worked, but the icons are all blank.
I've tried a couple things. i tried creating desktop shortcuts manually by going into the folders and creating a shortcut of the .EXE it works, but it'll take too long doing all of them individually. i tried verivying game files but again, it'll take too long to do them individually and it doesn't work.
does anybody know how to add all games to desktop with icons?

try this. remove the Icons, follow the Steps, create new Icons.

Try browse to local folder and view them there.
#:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam\games ( .ico )( icon's files to all desktop shortcut's )

thats added all mine back, but its still require you did not wipe content folder.


i could even restore it from garbage can, normal i dont have that, but was testing something else.
