Steam write to disk speed is very slow

I have checked my drive for issues and speed and it's fine, so when I download any game from Steam the write to disk speed is very slow, and it also throttles my internet speed because it cannot download more than it can write.
Any idea to fix that?

Start your system in safe mode (for obvious reasons with networking). That will detect issues with background crapware which is by far the most common cause.

I downloaded stuff with Torrent, Origin and Epic Games and its all quick and fine, except for Steam

Then you got a real background crapware problem. Some piece of ♥♥♥♥ software on your PC is hogging the network stack. That is also a very likely cause for Steam issues.
See if adding Steam to your firewall's/AV's exception list helps. Otherwise, I would uninstall my security "solution" if I were you, reboot, repair the network stack (it's a console command with a reboot) and use Windows' own security which is known not to screw up everything.

Bruh chill with the background crapware, as I said all torrents and other game clients download files just fine, no waiting times on the harddrive to actually read the files

You haven't mentioned specifics about your hardware, is your disk a SSD or HDD? What speeds are you getting, what are you expecting? It's all vagueness and complaining. You haven't provided information that could highlight the issue, let alone attempt to resolve it.

As is I'm free to assume you don't even have a problem, you just want to complain about something, because you haven't quantified it at all.

So how to fix that? Assume we don't know anything about the details of your problem and provide those details.

Vendors of paranoid "security" suites aren't legally obliged to treat all legit apps similarly. In fact, every case of slow Steam HDD activity for no reason I've seen on this forum turned out to be background crapware. Note how I just said "Steam" and not "everything". I don't know why paranoid "security" vendors target Steam specifically, but they do.

HDD, I get speed of 300kb/s at most times, sometimes it spikes to 10-15mb-s

If your drive is bottle necking your DL rate, it's...

<1> a slow HDD
<2> a drive that is failing
<3> background software (oh, wait, it seems as if you want to turn a blind eye to that).

Those other services don't work the same way that Steam does. Ideally Steam downloads are heavily compressed, unlike e.g Origin that just "hands" you the files as is. The apples to oranges comparison ain't going to work here.

It is possible for a drive to operate that slow under certain conditions. Not ruling Steam out, but it could be a system issue where there's enough other stuff sucking up the HDDs resources causing it to go slow.

What does your disk usage on that HDD (in the task manager) look like when you're not downloading from Steam?

Disk usage is 50% steam, and nothing else, total usage is 50%

What is your download speed?

If the drive speed is 500kb for steam only, then something on your pc does it.
