Help, i purchased something by accident and can't get a refund!

I went to buy Among Us and forgot i had the Valve bundle on my basket too and didn't really pay any mind to it until after i clicked the purchase button to realise that i also payed 54 euros for the bundle. I go to refund it and they responded saying i can't refund it cause i've got playtime on CSGO.

Thing is, I haven't played CSGO with the bundle. I got CSGO when it came out for free and played under 100 hours. I've published a ticket to Valve 3 times and each time they've said no. Should i keep trying? There is no way for me to contact anyone at Valve.

thanks man, i couldn't find that at all. I know it sounds a bit sketchy, but i've got evidence of the purchase date for the valve bundle and of course the 0 hours on all games EXCEPT csgo, but i think that can be cleared from my activity log that displays a few achievements i've got from earlier this year on csgo.

Naw the sketchy part is accidentally buying a bundle when there's checkout and confirmation.

But when you've been on the forums for the better part of a decade... yeah you start to see "stories" that people come up with a lot.

I know there's no real way for me to confirm that this isn't something i've made up. I can't really force things to happen, so if this clears and i get the money back, great. If not, I've gotta work hard to pay my dad the 54 euros back. Thank for the help nonetheless.

Yep, I followed Snapjak's link, talked to someone, sent some info and they said they'll give me a refund soon :)
