Trouble downloading demos.

I can't find the right problem to select when contacting steam support so I'm gonna say it here. I've always had problems with downloading demos of games that already have released the full version. (if that didn't make sense, It takes me a long time to successfully download the demo. And this only occurs if the game has already released its full version) Anyway, This started happening about- 2 months ago? there was A demo I wanted to download but It took to long so I gave up. About 2 weeks ago I tried downloading the inside and Limbo demo from play dead. it took about an hour for both too download. Not cause slow internet but because it kept giving me errors. Now I tried to download the Detroit become human demo and same issue. Does anyone else have this problem

sounds like verylittle free room left on harddisk. you dont respect the 10% free room left on harddisk and that 200gb on 2tb disk % fail then disk is smaller or bigger , but apox 200gb still stand.

same as as storage house, no free room to put it, wasteing to much time to looking for free space. among all the things there.


same as a person with no record where things is in a packing house ( gl with that )

buy more disk or bigger. if you have the room for it.

newest disk today 20tb harddisk , and people think 4 tb or lesser is big. what a joke.
game are bigger today and people still have small disk.

even i can fill all my games on a 5tb disk so , 10tb is soon minimum for me if i had all games installed.

nothing wrong with small disk, you just need to know your limit.

Hm, Well okay thank you. The thing is, i have 600 and some odd gb's left? And both of the play dead games worked perfectly fine after downloading. No errors, crashes, or lag. I did however have problems with the detroit become human demo but that's a known problem occuring with the demo so it's not a big problem. But thank you anyway's, I'll look into my disk space and see if I need more.

most say demo work fine, but , then you talk with old gamers then we have to much issue with them, do note the diffrence in how things should work and what demo can cause of issue.

and we all assum working hardware , rest is more a recommadation, but many forget the unpacking and no free room left and other things userdata also take some , but those rules is not from me they was made in win 7 and you got a warning then disk was near full. ( but problem is % of something never work 10% if 4TB disk with old max disk at win 7 age thats 400GB nd rule die and was remove ( yes you could change settings , but point is still valid apox 200gb or lesser and you can get into touble even update a game. )
