One does not Simbly buy Doom Eternal Once.

Hello Gentlemen,
I bought Doom Eternal, I even played it and got achievements, there was an update, and after that when I press on the campaign button, it has a shopping trolley on it, and it connects me to the store, to buy it in order to play, what is more it connect me in general to the store, not even to the Doom page. Yes i contacted Bethesda, they wanted the proof I bought the game, when delivered, therey responded that it is the steam issue. And I am to contact steam. But on the supoort page, thereis no ling other than to Bethesda. So as a result of this extrmemly annoying error I type here now, because it is one of the errors that should not happen. Please help.
