How Do I know How Much a Game is Making?

Hi there.
When deciding if to download an Android game, I go to sensortower.com which tells me how much a game is making. This allows me to stay away from games that don't earn the devs money and are in a real danger of being shutoff.

Is there a similar service to steam game? Letting me know if a game is dead? No downloads and no players? It doesn't earn enough to be kept alive?

That seems a great site to check if a game is dead and to avoid wasting time on one.

Where does it get its statistics?

Well, it seems it almost answers the question of if a game is a alive or about to be shutdown, althoug the real indicator would be how much a game is making ...

Only Valve and the game devs/pubs are privy to how much they make/earn and unless the dev/pub willingly gives out that info, Valve can not disclose real numbers. You know, contracts and such prevent them.
