Can't change the featured showcase/game collector games when i edit my profile.

I am trying to change the 4 games showcased in the game collector/featured games tab of my profile but I keep getting the "There was an error saving the featured game configuration. Please try again later." error.

I tried putting borderlands 3, helltaker, witcher 3 to any of the 4 slots but it keeps giving me the same error. During the process, it somehow deleted the 2nd slot and now I can't add any other game there too. It keeps giving me the same error.

I also tried to change it from chrome too but it didn't work.

Is there anything that can solve my problem?

Edit: After a client update the problem was fixed and I had managed to change the game collector/featured games tab but apparently the issue is back again.So I retracted the topic answer.If you know a solution or if the issue is fixed please comment.

There have been various issues all day. It seems Valve is working on the backend, so having patience (as the message says) is likely the best thing to do.

Same here. I tried to contact the support, they suggested switching to the beta version of the client, but it didn't help. After that, they didn't answer.

Same here - thanks I've found this topic to get updates, when this is fixed. Currently, my profile is "damaged" because of that. My game showcase is only showing 3 of 4 games now, because the 2nd of the 4 spaces is not working (including the 3rd and 4th). Only switching the first game showcase space will work while editing, but not storing this setting after clicking on save.

yeah same here too. I can change the 1st slot but it doesn't save.

Same problem here. Tried it in the browser, the client, and on my smartphone. Opened a ticket but the support didn't even read my message and sent back a standard answer about connectivity problems :/
