Wishlist Disappeared

My wishlist that had 99 items listed yesterday is now gone and saying there are 0 items listed. The tab still says 99 though…..

Edit: While writing this I tested something and it worked. The only way I got it to work was by going to a game I already knew I wishlisted and using the store page wishlist button instead.

Anyone know why it happened and how to stop it from happening in the future?

The same thing happened to me, it says that there are 0 items in my wishlist but they couldn't be shown because of filters I had selected, despite not having any filters, and the tab still says 26.

same, this happened before like a week ago. then they came back about two days later. what the heck is going on over there on Valves servers. . . I feel like i have to snapshot my wish list now just in case lol.

This has happened a couple times with me as well (and just now even). It's likely something to do with the servers. However, shutting down and restarting the Steam client cleared the issue up lickety-split for me. Try that.

Thanks for the suggestion, Jasung. I only had to close and reopen Steam and the wishlist returned.

i already tried that, sadly it didn't work for me; kinda interesting it worked for you. Maybe it depends on location since depending on where you are in the world you'll use different servers. I am curious what is causing this though ... it too persistant to not be something of an issue.
