Help on refund.
I bought Ark: Survival Evolved Explorer's Edition, as well as Ark: Genesis Season Pass together.

After just playing Ark Survival Evolved, I did not want to continue with the game anymore and wanted to refund Genesis which I have not played yet.

However, it is showing my playing hours of 29.5 hours across all Ark games DLCs, Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction and Genesis. They are all showing I have played 29.5 hours, while all my time spent is on just the original, The Island.

I would like to refund Genesis at this point, but the time played is showing that I have exceeded hours played for refund.

Kindly assist in this.

Regards.

DLC playtime is not counted separately. If you played the game for more than 2 hours since buying the DLC, even if you haven't touched the DLC, you no longer qualify for a refund. You can try to submit a manual ticket from your purchase history page, but don't count on it.

REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
(STEAM STORE CONTENT USABLE WITHIN ANOTHER GAME OR SOFTWARE APPLICATION, "DLC")

DLC purchased from the Steam store is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased, so long as the DLC has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Please note that in some cases, Steam will be unable to give refunds for some third party DLC (for example, if the DLC irreversibly levels up a game character). These exceptions will be clearly marked as nonrefundable on the Store page prior to purchase.

You're free to try your luck, visit your purchase history, select the DLC, click on "I have questions about this purchase" then explain why you want a refund.
