I NEED TO CONTACT STEAM SUPPORT DIRECTLY
pls i need help,i just got back my account back from hijack.
but something is wrong with my account games,etc
the choice from support does not help me at all..

anyone can help me getting help from steam?

my account have been hijacked last night at early morning and i manage get it back,
but the account name,games,friend list(99%) of it is someone idk and all my games is gone.

Check your account history https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ this information can never be removed. If anything is missing then Support recovered the wrong account (i.e another one attached to your email that you forgotten you had)

It's also possible that the hijackers deleted games (these can be restored) and wiped your friends list and changed your profile name.

First you must establish if the correct account was recovered.

all they sent was i need to prove the game cd key or something
i just give them a screenshot from email the game i buy before
is this correct?

Stop. Are those games showing in your licence history in the link I provided above? If they are not then the WRONG ACCOUNT has been recovered.

no did not buy the game again,,but i got pm said from steam support(not email) need cd key to prove my acc?

dont tell those pm are hijacker too... T_T

Do your games show on there?
If the games are NOT showing in your licence history then you do not have the CORRECT account recovered. You will need to provide support with the correct ACCOUNT LOGIN NAME and then PROOF OF OWNERSHIP.

Steam Support operate with client-locked notifications so I hope you are speaking to the right people and not more scammers whilst giving away more private information.

it only has like 3-4 games and 2 of them(from library) i have them before
steam support seems contacting me and trying to get my acc back
but i cant log in because too many tries before
