You were able to trade with other users with 24h holds because you're friends for so long.
It also tells you about being Steam friends for at least 1 year at the top of that trading window.
It does. But not having the mobile app AND being Steam friends for 1 year will reduce but not remove the hold.

How the one year+ friend works, it downgrades the 15 days trade hold to one day only. This does not require Steam mobile authenticator, using the default Steam guard works as well.
The Steam mobile authenticator bypass trade holds, but please note if both parties are trading to each other's as in you giving items, and person giving you items as well, both need the Steam mobile authenticator, as both need to confirm the trade via app to approve, and it will be instantly finish.
But since you're sending items to your 2nd account, on your main account, you need to approve the trade via your Steam mobile authenticator, then it should send immediately.
this is pretty stupid from valve to have a system like this but whatever, since am not in a hurry to have these idems traded.
