Game Stuck at 0 Bytes Disk Usage But Still downloading?

Hello! I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I started preloading Cyberpunk 2077 and it has been staying at zero bytes of disk usage, however, the rest of the network usage is normal, meaning that the amount downloaded and the download speed is normal, but it says 0 bytes of disk usage at the top. I am worried that it is downloading, but not actually saving it. I have checked other forums but I can't seem to find anything about this. All the other games in my download queue have a number appear for disk usage when I switch to downloading them.

I have tried exiting steam, restarting my computer, and uninstalling the game but none of this has worked.

I have very slow internet (usually around 300 KB/s) and this game is also not fully out yet; I'm preloading it. I was wondering if these factors might have something to do with this.

It's loading just fine. It will appear in Steam/steamapps/depotcache since it's a preload before release. While you download the game there should be 1091501_depotcache_x.csd and .csm files created. 1091501 is the ID for Cyberpunk 2077 content.

Disable the DLC if you preordered and it will continue as normal

Go to library cp2077> properties>dlc uncheck it"

It happened to me, it stuck for a few minutes, then download and sort again. From what I can say, this exact thing happens to a whole bunch of people across social media – it fixes itself just like mine."
