Cannot get to Settings in Big Picture Mode

Hello, so I was trying to set Steam Games to automatically be in Fullscreen Mode, and I thought that was Big Picture Mode, because... I dunno, maybe I'm stupid, lol. So I had set Steam to always start in Big Picture Mode, but now I cannot reverse it... I open Steam, which is in Big Picture Mode, and I cannot get to the Settings Menu... only Options that seem to work are Minimizing Steam and Exiting Steam... please help??

Steam Big Picture Mode --> Settings (Cog Icon in top right corner) --> Display --> Interface

The problem is that when I click the Cog... nothing happens.

Ok, I have figured this out. It wasn't simply, "not working," but rather was taking a really long time to register my inputs because my Computer was already doing a lot of tasks in the background. So this has been solved, for me at least. Thank you.

Query, does your client makes the Half-Life intro music sounds upon startup & *bloops* while navigating the menu in Big Picture mode still? My client has been soundless (even game soundtracks from the library) even out of Big Picture mode.

I have never played Half-Life, so I wouldn't know, lol. But I do have sounds and stuffs.

There really should be a way to contact Steam about this stuffs... it makes me pretty mad that there is no Contact Email available for Steam for Technical Support. There should be a Law...
