Has to come from somewhere.
https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/

This here shows recent logins. Steam help page > My account > Data related to my account > Recent Login History.
https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/SteamLoginHistory

If you believe somone on your account, follow these steps do not skip any, as this is to help you secure your account.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Most common reason people get accounts hijack for any service really are as followed.
- Sharing account infomation with others. <--- Very common with impersonators, pretending to be Steam admin / support.
- Logging in on phishing sites. <--- Very common with skin gambling sites, and scam "vote for me team, or etc posting a link to you to get you to sign on it"
- Downloading / Installing Virus / Keylogger on your system.
- Using public devices that has keyloggers, such as cyber cafe, school computers, and etc...
- Storing your login credentials on a unsecured service that others has access to view.
- Using same login credentials for all your things, or using same login credentials on another service that had a data leak. Yes it does matter because even if it not related to Steam, if using same login credentials, hijackers will try to use those credentials to see what services you use with those credentials. https://haveibeenpwned.com/

If your account was recently been stolen from before, it's wise not to use the same password, as well not to use same password for any other accounts that link to email you had for the account, as hijacker will try to use last known details that were phished.

If you believe there someone on your account, follow the 5 steps.

Check your account history, and you will find out where that 1000 RUB come from.

That's fine.

Here a tip scamers do when they try to add people. if the person try to contact you, and claim he steam admin/support, or claim he reported you, or asking you to vote for his team, and gave you a link, those are scam to try to trick you into giving login info to that person, or trying to trick you into giving item to that person.

After doing all 5 steps . What next ? What with my account ? I don’t need to change password there Or what will eventually happen. I haven’t logged into that account yet.

Once you done 5 steps your account basically safe as long you don't login to phishing sites, or give out details again.

The point of doing the steps is to protect your own account, as to scan for virus on your pc, auto logout to all device, and password change so the person wouldn't know, and can't login without knowing it, having 2FA is to add a 2nd layer password protection, and revoking all API is to avoid having your trade switched on you. So once you did it all, your account is secure.

Hi, i would check on the account details 'store and purchase history' check if any payment methods have been added without you knowing.

Contact support ASAP. Request to check the payment and manually remove it, if the payment was with card and valve receives a chargeback than your gonna be in a bad spot.

Go to support - my account - data related to my account - contact steam support (scroll way down)

Check your account history to see how and when the funds were added. In the meantime, do not spend any of that money.

I feel very unsafe to log in that account i am not sure if my informations gonna be stolen ? or they can use anything while i would log into that account ? . I sent all the informations about that scammer he even called me on phone . I sent his informations to steam supp aswell . So i am not so sure what to do should . I got the information that theese money were added to account . I got that from email. There is even timezone from where these fund were added.
Dr.Shadowds 🐉 Dec 5, 2020 @ 7:28am
You can login to that account, just do the 5 steps on it, to secure it. This way if someone was on it they lose access to it that was the point. If you allow them to do anything to that account, then there a chance they will do something on it, that why do the steps on that account that.

Like I said check the history to find out how you got the 1000 RUB on it.

If you did submit a ticket, you can visit to Steam help page, then at the bottom there a button that says View my Steam support help ticket, and you see your ticket that you made.
