Steam Guard has failed to protect my items and possibly my account.
so, yesterday i lost all my tf2 items, more than 100 dollars, unusuals, hats, taunts.

i explain, i have trade hold, nobody can trade with me and i cant trade with anyone, someone make a trade without my consent and automatically accepted that trade, an new account trade with me, he has more tan 300 tf2 objects, the user its f2p, Supposedly one has an object limit of 50 or I know, but the user hacked me and steam guard failed to warn me or work, I know about scams, scam pages and everything related to the theft of objects, this, I was not responsible for anything, they stole money from me, money from which I have to recover.

Also, i report the user and they still do not ban him, they will not return the objects to me, this is completely unfair and valve is responsible, its policy of not returning objects, in this case, I never knew what really happened, I never knew when it really happened, and especially, I could not do anything about it, I trusted this platform, I bought things with real money, and they hack me without being able to do anything, and steam does not help me with anything, I only end up losing.

name of the user who hacked me: (removed)

evidence that I was robbed? Check his backpack in backpack.tf, he has my objects, you can see it in the hat history, I was the previous owner.

I could have lost not only the items, but my ENTIRE ACCOUNT because of steam guard.

Your name history suggests you've been using 3rd party trading sites, which is a vector which a lot of accounts are compromised. As in users end up providing account credentials to those sites believing it's legitimate and safe.

So no, Steam guard probably didn't fail you. You probably made some questionable choices and compromised your account using 3rd party trading sites. And a lot of users find it's better for their egos to look for a scapegoat.

Users are the weakest point in the security model, not really much point in attackers going after anything but the users. The actual security is too hard to break. But users are eager to give up those credentials any time they think it's convenient or safe.

and why didn't steam guard warn me? Even so, tell me how he could make a trade with a new account and me with trade hold?

and...my history name, i only put unusuals.tf becuase that really was a trusty trade page, even they help me with know what happend with my items in his discord server.

Well with all the details we might be able to sort that out. As is, if you compromise your account completely it can be kinda hard for security to mitigate that. Security only works as expected if the user does their part to keep their account safe. Like a lot of others, you've probably failed to do that.

I think if you're curious enough and keep an open mind you can start to piece together what the timelines where and it might not seem so damning then. Right now you can imagine whatever you want. But following the evidence may paint a different picture than "this is all Valve's fault".
i didin't mean that it's all valve fault, but i don't know that happend, i cant understand how a new account trade with me, i have trade hold, i really dont understand what happend and im kinda sad, but whatever, i will try to recover and buy again all my items again.
