Steam Access Denied
(Currently using VPN to write this)

You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/" on this server.

Reference #18.2517655f.1606950200.1b6e65a7

This ''error'' has been up for about 2-3 days and I really don't know why, error is on web browser, phone and PC app only way I can access steam is by using VPN... I scanned for potential viruses...nothing, I tried going Offline mode and back to Online...still nothing and I honesty don't know what else to do, so only thing I have left is to ask for help on Reddit. So if anyone has some kind of solution i would be glad to hear it, TY.

sounds like blocking issue, but as you see you can still vpn so network is there.

do you contry or goverment issue , with rest of the world ? , if they dont follow international rules, things can get complicated. ( either way contact own ISP )

ps.
do not underestimated own router sofware update and netcard driver update and reset to default if needed.

and do reboot router and own pc 3 minute after. should actual be first advice.

and you need to rule out other normal traffic working in own area and this is into steam issue only.

Check with your Internet Service Provider. doesn't sound like a steam issue

Things you can give a try.
- Modem / Router need a reboot.

- If you did anything in the Modem / Router settings, check your work to ensure it wasn't causing problems.

- If connecting to private VPN / DNS networks, they may be blocking somethings. Either set back to default, or use open DNS network like google, or cloud flare.

- Can try flushing your network, open command promt as admin, and give this a try.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=O4qOzFngjys

If not working still try these in order, then restart, and test.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

- Ensure your ISP isn't blocking Steam.

If you did everything, that means you did everything on your side, and means your ISP is the problem that causing this issue for you.
