well i bought things in steam 8 days ago and now im trying to get skin from a website (bought tem ofcourse) but steam wont let me :( this is the message:

You have logged in from a new device. In order to protect the items in your inventory, you will be unable to trade from this device for 7 days.

Trading has specific requirements and security features. The message you got explicitly tells you what's happening. You don't need help. You just need to read the message. There's no trick to it, and no way around the security. So you wait.

In the meantime you have plenty of time to read up on Steams policies and guidelines focused around trading. You're probably going to want to do that to avoid crying "help" over normal, documented behavior of the system.

Has been like years now. New devices can't trade for 7 days, it's a security measure against hijackers.

Keep in mind that if you clear cookies on a browser, it will see the browser as a new device.
