Game Screen Stuck in Upper Left Corner - HELP

I've recently seen this issue with at least 2 games in my steam library, the two being Sea of Thieves and Among Us. In both cases, whenever I try to open the game, it loads to the title screen, but is stuck in the upper left corner. When trying to select something with my mouse, I have to act as if the game is fullscreen and select the options from there, meaning that when I try to click the options in the small screen, it doesn't work. It seems the game still thinks it is in fullscreen, but the screen itself is stuck in a smaller format.

I've tried doing some research. I've tried using ALT + ENTER (which forces the game into windowed mode) but it has a similar issue. When I move the window, the game moves as if its trying to keep up. (Hard to explain) Changing my computers resolution hasn't solved the issue.

I have a Windows 10. I have 1920 x 1080 resolution.

I can't find a solution to this and any help at all will be MUCH appreciated. Thank you!

What is set to 1920x1080? The game or your desktop (windows)?
Game and Windows resolution settings can be different. Since the game is smaller than your screen I'm taking a wild guess that your windows resolution settings are insane 4k settings which would make a 1920x1080 window a lot smaller than the desktop resolution = windowed mode for the game is only a portion of the screen.

Check the game's options inside the game and choose a larger resolution or turn your windows resolution settings down.

Unfortunately that didnt work. It changed the screen size slightly, but never filled in the whole screen, nor did it get the mouse to click correctly. Thank you for the reply though!

If that doesn't do it I have another idea.

I found the fix. My sim racing pedals were plugged in. For anyone else who comes across this, think of any input that could be plugged in. Pedals weren't even turned on but controlling multiple indie games.

This should help if all you see is a corner because the game's not centered on the screen. I made this video about Emergency 4 but it will fix that issue for any game that's doing it:
