How to gift a bundle on Steam?

How can I gift a bundle on Steam to my friend? Problem is that I already own this game and only thing Steam store is not allowing me to add it to cart (and later proceed to gift option)

Tailored bundles can not be gifted. They are specifically tailored for the account purchasing them. Hover over the word "BUNDLE" for this to pop up...

you can only do bundles that are all text, no complete your bundles.
