Better ask on the Shogun 2 forum about it, i think some users there might have some ideas about what you could do.

So you would still need the shogun 2 game.
There are two Shogun 2 collections, one with just the DLC and one with the base game also included.

The problem is, Fall of the Samurai was once just a DLC for Shogun 2 but then got relabeled "Total War Saga: Fall of the Samurai" and switched to being standalone.
Which the OP bought at some point.
@OP From what i read you should still be able to buy the collection with the base game included, no matter if you get the warning about already owning some of the DLC.
Thats a false trigger from the time Fall of the Samurai was a DLC for Shogun 2.
Since i used your link once, now it does.
This really seems confused.
