Screenshot Upload Issue

I have uploaded the screenshots before. It says they're "still on the cloud" but I deleted them off of the cloud a while back. I was going to reupload them, however, it won't let me. Is there a way to "clear" the cloud icon so Steam recognizes that it isn't uploaded so I can reupload it?

The same problem happened here.

To reupload, open the "Screenshot Uploader", click the "Show on Disk" button, then it will open a "Windows File Explorer" in the folder where the images are stored. Copy the all content (images and folders) to another location (eg. My Documents). Go back to "Screenshot Uploader" and delete all the images that are broken by checking the option to delete the image from the cloud as well.

Quit Steam completely, and copy the contents back through "Windows File Explorer". Now the images will be available to upload again when you open Steam.
