missing executable

hello i am new to steam and i am having a problem with this missing executable thing
the game i am trying to play is MADNESS: Project Nexus
i watched videos on how to fix this issue but i still dont understand/i tried a lot of things and none of them worked.
please help i just wanted to play this

i forgot to say that i am on a mac book that i recently got
i saw a post saying thet they have the same issue but dont see any help for/from mac users
another person said that it might take a while for things to work for people on mac
is this true? if so that might solve my problem and i can try and log into my other computer and try playing MPN
