Report a translation problem
If they're unscheduled, they are probably set to update on launch. If you click "update on launch", you can change the automatic updates to always keep it updated. Next time it has an update, it will be scheduled.
What you will need to do is go to Steam (top left of your Steam client) > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache.
That should do it. It will reload steam so be sure to have your username and password handy and log in again. Once it updates you will see the downloads starting or finished (depending).
