unscheduled downloads??

ayooo quick question. any1 know what's up with steams "scheduled" and "unscheduled" updates. im tryna update a few games and the thing is, i can drag games into the unscheduled update queue but i cant move them out, or even download them when they are in that queue?!??
is any1 else having this issue????

Click the little gray download button so they download now. Or drag them up to the Up Next section.

If they're unscheduled, they are probably set to update on launch. If you click "update on launch", you can change the automatic updates to always keep it updated. Next time it has an update, it will be scheduled.

If you can't move something from Unscheduled or cause it to download, the game may need to be launched first in order to complete some setup steps. After you close the game, the download should then move to Scheduled automatically if the "Always keep up to date" setting is enabled.

I have the same problem and launching the program didn't do anything. Always keep up to date is checked. So far the only thing that seems to work is restarting steam and that's not always

What you will need to do is go to Steam (top left of your Steam client) > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache.

That should do it. It will reload steam so be sure to have your username and password handy and log in again. Once it updates you will see the downloads starting or finished (depending).
