SSL Certificate Invalid Issue
For the past day or two I've been having this issue for the steam client:

"The SSL certificate for https://store.steampowered.com/ is invalid and the page will not be loaded."

Reloading the page gives me an Error - 105. The one that basically says it cannot connect to the servers or my internet is down. Which it clearly is not.

This only happens for
1.) The Steam Store
2.) My wishlist
3.) Points Shop

All other pages, such as the community tabs for my games, the workshop, groups, guides, etc. is as accessible as always. Even the community market is accessible (I have not tried to check out anything from there though, but I CAN view items).

Things I have figured out so far:
1.) It is not a hostsfile problem. I know how to open it and read its contents. There is not a single mention of Steam there (that might be part of the problem, but I don't imagine it is).
2.) It is not an issue of date and time. My BIOS and Windows 10 have the same time and date. However, when I look up methods to test how accurate my time is, it comes back saying I'm a little faster, by about 10 seconds or so. Being 10 seconds off couldn't be that much of an issue, could it? That, and it's not like I've changed that or anything ever since I built this PC, so it's likely I've been 10 seconds ahead for years, and it's never been an issue.
3.) This SSL certificate error only happens about 30 minutes after my computer is running from an initial boot.
4.) Closing and reopening the Steam client does not eliminate the issue.
5.) A manual restart seems to fix the issue...until 30 minutes later and I still get the error.
6.) Steam services are accessible from my web browser. The store, points shop and all. I don't have problems connecting to https websites, it just seems to be happening to the steam client only.
7.) Changing networks (5G to 2.4 and back) seems to temporarily fix the issue, with the same window of time as stated previously until the SSL certificate invalidates. Simply disconnecting and reconnecting to the same network does not fix the issue.
8.) Scanning my PC for potential malware, viruses, etc. comes back with nothing. I use two different anti-virus software for the express purpose of one being able to catch that which the other could not, and neither come back with anything.
9.) I have uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, and it didn't fix the issue.
10.) I went so far as to opt in for the Beta Steam Client, and the issue still persists.

I have tried to clear Steam's download cache, web broswer cache, delete the httpcache from the appcache folder in Steam (a suggestion I found on the internet from the Steam forums). I tried to verify if I didn't have a "battery" issue on my motherboard, causing errors in the date and time via my PC's BIOS (nothing out of the ordinary there, same date and time as is normal).

I have not had any significant hardware changes besides an upgrade in GPU (which happened 2 months ago, so why would it be an issue now and not then?)

One thing I want to note, though I'm leaning towards it not being related:
For the past few days, I've been modding my Java Edition install of Minecraft extensively. I don't know how related it could be...considering it's 1.) Java, 2.) all mods come from trusted sources (Curseforge mainly), and 3.) It doesn't exactly have internet access beyond the launcher for login. Also, I've had a modded install of Minecraft long before this issue (for a different version), and even with this most recent modded install, half of everything I use was present before Steam started giving me this error.

I'm sure some people will read that and be like "Minecraft has nothing to do with this problem," to which, you're probably right, but it's important to note the "most recent changes to my PC" because that's literally the most recent changes to my PC for the past week: downloading, troubleshooting, and installing mods for Minecraft, besides everything I've done to try and fix my problem.

I would greatly appreciate feedback to help get rid of this problem! Thank you!

what part of Global time and sync or time server do you not get, how come you think its okaý to be 10 sec ahead, all your tech excuess will not work on a server educated person.

we have seen log out of sync for years and they can still give huge grief with 1000 of log then things dont match in timeslot. ( so stop think ist okay to be 10sec ahead before Domain or in this case steam log server can accept time slot. ( i cant say its that issue here.
but its better to be 1 to 10 sec late then 10 sec ahead.)

someone has not slam you down soon enough, im sure you can see a point in if 10sec ahead work why not 10years. ( you can not have timeslot before a timeserver has say its there .

sure i can be wrong , but Global time + space time delay transaction and you think its okay start before. yes i know this was to the edge ( its same in old days have a phone call to greenland over satelite a apox 4 to 6 sec delay. im sure you can see the problem here. ( you almost need old school "over and roger" to stop interrupt each other.

but thanks for the detail, if other know better say so. ( you look skill enough, and yet you dont respect the time server sync. ( could be a huge mistake, again seen from server point of view and education on global scale , even then you only have home server , huge diffrence and that why i cant say is it that issue alone .)

other view point Error - 105. The one that basically says it cannot connect to the servers or my internet is down. Which it clearly is not.

other had special -tcp command on steam , do not have fiddle with what is default transfer protocol, that means TCP and UDP , has its own pro and cons, and yes i give a ratts butt in what steam say and did or have a allowed user to have it, ( again its here and now and how things work ) to even debat this with a network educated person , you will lose and so will rest of companys , its simple matter of how you have learn that each protocol can be better to some task and other not and thats where other protocol is better, i cant see you mention it.

last user did a steam flush command and then it work. ((( google it )))
and user still said but i dont have -tcp on it, i dont blaim user or steam its here we simple disagree whats work and normal, if you did do it ask own ISP maybe they want to explan user such , and again maybe not, could be rude and say is it really a ISP issue then world dont follower standard. and we are back at network common knowledge

this was about "cannot connect to the servers " No network , and dont say its because you screw up in ports forward or dont have NAT Router.

sorry you need to understand this seen from network person point of view.

test with other spare pc or friends laptop to ruleout own screw up ( sorry then i said screw up that mean just own created problem you might not know. )

its odd you have 2 issue one same time, one could effect other.

Require port so steam work ( if NAT enable then port forwading is not needed )
