how do i choose the completionist showcase

You are level 10, so you can only use one showcase at a time.

And you already have an active one on your profile.

Do you have a perfect game? I believe that it only becomes available to you when you have at least one perfect game.

but i have multiple slots, none of them have completionist. even the one i bought SPECIFICALLY for completionist

That game's store page says "profile features limited", which means you can't display it. So you don't have any eligible games to display with the showcase.
