how to make a game with Arabic subtitles
most of games don't have Arabic language and my English is bad so i need any way to translate the game to arabic

Well if you personally want to do it you need to be fluent in one of the languages the game is in to do the translation. That's assuming the game supports that in any way.

Otherwise translation services are expensive and time consuming. It's why when I was a kid a laundry list of JRPG's weren't translated into English from Japanese.

But I guess I'm not really clear if you're looking for an easy, cheap, magical solution or what.
