Steam Profile - Avatar - Glowing Frames
Since those frames where released I've noticed that they sometimes still glow even if the user is offline. Does anybody know why this happens?

You mean the Avatar frames you get from the point shop? They are not and online/offline indicator. They are meant to be on all the time.

No, those frames aren't on all the time. This is why I was asking the question. However what I forgot to mention or better said what I've noticed today was that those frames only appear as active on users which I've marked as favorite. To get rid of it I have to dismark the user as favorite and then restart Steam which BTW isn't an option for me. This definitely isn't a serious bug but I appreciate it if it will be fixed ASAP.
