Get a job.
The Steam-Market does not differ from any other market out there. Buy something now for $5 and who knows... the related game might be taken down and the price raises through the ceiling or the mechanics might change so the items is worthless and drops to 3 cents...
Anyways the effort is not worth it if you start out with $35.
$1000 is the price range most traders start out on Steam and even then it is more like a hobby since the time you need to spend on your PC besides the electricity bill you need to pay afterwards will definately compensate the profit you potentially make off of it.
The most accurate answer you can get to your question is this one..
and I recommend you to follow it
Well clearly you can't. But what are you really asking, a blessing to keep throwing money away because it "might" be possible? Or are you asking someone to spoon feed you a way to use the market with "guaranteed" results?
I think your biggest issues on your end are
Unfortunately the idea that you might be able to make money is so attractive that it's overshadowing the realities. This really reminds me of MLM sales pitch in the sense that people who claim they're making tons of money are either lying, exaggerating, have been lucky, or are otherwise omitting a ton of information that would make the reality very much less attractive or glamorous. And like MLM schemes, most people using the market aren't making (much) money. So you can choose to believe you could be one of the top 1% market users. Or you can accept you're just a regular user who's basically hoping for a quick and easy get-rich-quick type solution.
You're probably better off Steam Idling all your games, getting all the card drops and just selling those and everything else of conceivable value in your inventory. It's certainly safer, more reliable. Although not as sexy.

Yes u can ....but for that u need to play some steam games which gives items(cases/skin/etc) as match rewards so that u can collect them and by selling them earn money ...
I sold 3-4 csgo fracture cases within first week of its release and made insane amount of profit .. each case sold for like $10 and in total I made $40+ profit.. and then after playing for 1-2 months I collected 10 cases and sold each for $0.9-1 and again made profit ... With these money I bought fh4 and many games
