Purchase on Steam through Novaplay has failed, money is gone form bank account

Novaplay seems to be a total scam. They don't have any official method of communication and I am getting no responses from them. I didn't even get a transaction confirmation mail. All I have are the order number and payment reference number but they seem to be useless since I am getting no response from Novaplay whatsoever. I have raised a ticket on their Steam support page and written several emails but to no avail. The money has been taken from my bank account and the purchase has failed on Steam, which means I don't have the game in my library and Steam is showing no sign of a purchase except that the purchases failed on my support page. I was redirected to Novaplay when selecting the Netbanking option during payment. Their Twitter and Facebook pages are dead and I am getting no response from there. Everywhere I see are people talking about failed payments and scams on Novaplay. Has anyone else faced similar issue in 2020? Please help me get some response from Novaplay. What's baffling to me is that Steam has actually decided to partner with this absolute scam of a website for purchases on Steam.
