actually in literature say that this is not stEAM CODE . IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE STEAM CODE .
YOU HAVE TO INSERT THE GAME IN YOUR DVD DRIVE.
BUT I DONT HAVE DVD DRIVE IN MY LAPTOP

Then buy a cheap external DVD drive.

Where exactly did you get that message? Check your Square Enix account - the Steam key should appear there after you activate the SE key

Looks like you need a new keyboard as well.

Realistically, your only options are to buy/borrow an external drive, or find a trustworthy friend to run the program enter in the leaflet key, and get your steam key for you.

Not much else you can do.

Doing the latter would also violate the Steam Subscriber Agreement and could get his account permanently suspeded or even deleted.

No reason why it should. The redeem program on the DVD/CD generates the steam key - that can then be written down and then redeemed on the appropriate account.
