csgo high sv and var

hello for the past week i have been getting high sv around 8-15 and high var causing my fps to drop to around 40-60 before this i had around 300-400 fps constantly i have an ethernet so my internet is fine this only happens on csgo and rainbow six siege all my other games are fine for example rust is normal my usual 120-144 fps i tested my hardware and it has nothing to do with that it could be my internet im not sure but ive had my pc for not even a month someone pls help!!

sv is server performance. Has nothing to do with your FPS.

Be more specific about which var you are talking about, there is client and server var.

Client var can be influenced by FPS, not the other way around. Limit your max FPS to have this not change as much.

its everyday a CSGO ask for help. problem is lack of spec and many of them know what they are doing but the minute they got FPS issue, then its not my computer and internet

so whats left.. and its not that we dont get OP, but there is no real information to work with.

im not after you OP, you need to see this as many each day, and most is CSGO player.

and even Traumhaft seem to have notice it.

look like you need a tech check user over there. even skyrim has a pinned down. a littler help is better then nothing.
