If I have a key to a dlc for game but I don't own the base game and I try to activate it. Will it be showed up in "Licenses and product key activations"?

You can't activate a DLC without the basegame.

No. If you're buying the DLC that's what it is. The DLC nothing more. You'd need the base game to even activate the key. The only time you get DLC with the base game is if it's packaged deal. Game of the year, version x or something.

That key you have is worthless without the base game.
