Steam link and Netflix

I have a steam link set up to a TV in my living room that’s worked properly for over 2 years. Ive been able to stream games, movies from Netflix and YouTube videos since I hooked it up.

Currently when I go to netflix, I can see as I browse the movie options and navigate through the site but as soon as I start a movie the movie goes black (only on the tv) while my computer can view the movie fine. On the tv I can hear everything, see the border of the movie window and even see the timeline (pause/play button and thumbnail preview as I move along the time line). I’m not sure why.

I can still stream games normally without issue and can watch full screen and windowed YouTube videos without a problem. It just seems to be Netflix and Hulu that black out the movie screen when I start it.

Any help or insight would be amazing!
