Is the first email address always required to retrieve an account?
What happens is that my account was stolen a week ago but 2 days later I recovered it (this account is secondary). But the day I was robbed, I had no idea what to do if my account was stolen, as it had never happened to me, I quickly sped up because I thought the thief was going to sell my stuff. Fortunately, my account was not closed and I contacted support right there, but instantly received a chat message from "Steam Support" that read the following:

Thank you for requesting Steam Support, we will be happy to assist you in this matter.

Before we can make security changes to your account, we must ensure that you are the actual owner.

Contact Steam Support manually at this email address: help@steamsupport.us

Email example:

Subject: Account access

1. Account login name
2. The first email address that was used on the Steam account.
3. Account unlock code

Once we have verified the correct information, we can proceed with the issue.

This is an automatic message. Please do not write any confidential information in this chat. Your reference ID is xx-HRC6-PQPW-xxxx

Unknowingly I sent photos of bills I recently made, account auto lock code locked), a short description of what happened to me, and the email.

I waited exactly 1 and a half days and got no response, so I contacted Steam support getting a help ticket, there if I put more details and sent more photos with invoices than in the fake mail, I sent all that and in exactly 3 hours They replied that the email I provided was not my first address and that I provided the first one, I did not remember that I had actually changed my email to the one I currently use (I always thought it was my first address haha) and I already provided the first address with which I made the account. And in about 6 hours I got my new password.
Anyway I already extended it but the question is: if those who stole my account use the information from the receipt I gave them to claim to steam support that this "is your account" but they don't put the first email address with which I used when creating the account, do they give it to you only presenting the evidence and with the email address that I provided thinking it was my first address? Will Steam always ask you for the first email address when you recover your account or can they skip it in certain cases?
I'm afraid something could happen to the information I gave these cheeky scammers.
THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS, GREETINGS !!

Steam WILL always ask you for the email that the account was STARTED using.

You do not have to still be using that email for it to be the one they have on record.

They kept you on the account so they can see your support ticket and all in it, and then asking you for more things.

NEVER use a hijacked account to do anything.

Notify steam support on the original homepage when you account is back and safe, which informations might have been burnt by now as a scammer knows them too.
