Not Refunded Yet

It has been 2 weeks since I bought the game "Superflight" and I found out it was boring. I played for 5 minutes and I refunded directly. It has been 2 weeks now and steam didn't return my money yet. Please help

Don't feel bad. I bought something from Leows once and they took the item back and supposedly were supposed to give me $12 back on my card. Never saw the money. Cheap price to learn a good lesson. Home Depot from now on and they honor their refunds.

All refunds on Steam that are accepted are honored. This can be easily traced.

Did you refund to your card? If you have done a refund that quick, chances are the original charge has been cancelled, You won't get any money back because none was taken in the first place.

yes it did get accepted. I also refunded another game back in january and it was refunded a week later. But this game even after 2 weeks it has not yet been refunded.

Did you refund to your card? If you have done a refund that quick, chances are the original charge has been cancelled, You won't get any money back because none was taken in the first place.

yes I did refund to my card. And it did take my money (49.9Php from where I came from)

Reunds can take up to and more than two weeks in some cases. I've had ones that have been returned to my card in less than 48 hours and others that have landed on day 14. I would carry on waiting and if you still haven't received it in the next 3 days, then contact Support.

Update: Thank you guys for helping me, as of today I got my money back.
