Steam support isn't professional what so ever
Relocate this thread if you need to.

I am making this thread because I had the worst encounter with the worst help from steam.

Heres what I said. "I just sent a refund request but forgot to add that the tutorial takes over 2 hours and takes 3 hours total so in order for me to even see if I like this game I would need to go over the 2-hour limit. I don't have any more money to buy a game so I can play with my friends and would have to wait another month for more money. If you could please refund the game that would be awesome. I couldn't of not of gone below the 2-hour limit even if I tried. The tutorial takes 3 hours. I think that thats reasonable. Would you like to play the tutorial for 3 hours and then you realize that the game is boring and that you can't refund it because you were trying to find out if you like the game in the first place! Thank you very much. Please and thankyou."

Steam support reply's in a way which it feels like I am talking to a bot.

The email refures me to the http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/ for more info.
In this section it clearly states that even if you don't fully have to be in the guide lines as they are a little bit understandable and flexable. "but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look." Thats what the refund rules clearly state.

If you understand me please help me get steam to understand and help out all the other people that have run into this problem.

If you've applied for a refund and it was denied then there is nothing you can do.

Are you really that entitled? Not getting a refund because you fall outside the limits is neither unprofessional or selfish. You expecting one and acting indignant and making this thread is entitlement mentality at it's finest.

Says the person who wants a refund they’re not entitled to

Says the one who calls an appropriate and totally professional response as “unprofessional” like a child making a temper tantrum

You invoke the part in the refund section where they will “look at things” yet by your own admission you played 5 HOURS of the game (2 hours of tutorial and 3 hours to “get the feel) which is not “a little bit over”

If there is one who is “selfish” and “unprofessional” you should look in the mirror

The refund is not meant as a way to demo games, it's meant to see if your computer can handle it, and for that, max. 2 hours within 14days is more than enough.

To decide if you might like a game or not, you need to do better research before you decide to buy (google, youtube and forums).

The refundpolicy Valve has max. 2 hours within 14days without any questions asked, it's the best out there, it's more than they need to offer, they could do like the other sites, once you have downloaded/activated a game, you can't refund, unless the game is broken beyond repair, there is no buyers remorse.

He is not the one who think he is entitled to a refund outside the timeframe.

Oh ok, Thanks Rockon

That make sense on why it's only 2 hours.
Thanks again.
