What error code 26 means? And how to fix?
Hi.
i got this error when i tried to launch Total War: Attila after install patch 1.6: "Steam servers are too busy to handle your request for Total War: Attila. Error Code 26".
Can i ask, what error 26 means? and how can i fix this error?
I have been on many forums and Official Total War page and completed all suggestions: Verifying the game Cache and files, reinstall Steam, Uninstalling the Game and reinstalling,.... But all suggestions didn't work.

Pls help me and thank you very much.

Hey, I don't think you still have this problem, but the same thing happened to me while trading. It was just a waiting game.

reboot router pc 3 minute after.

check dns issue, use alt DNS 8.8.8.8 as test. ( reboot again wait 3 minute )
if this work contact own ISP and explan them this. ( to many isp DNS lookup that might lead to drop of request maybe or result never return to you. )

do not keep use google DNS ( then all do that it lookup service will fail and that why all should spreadout at own ISP DNS server, its complicate to explan and should be a ISP Issue to fix. )

i try made this is simple as possible ( only IT experts at ISP has the clue what happend here, if they are even are aware of this. )

Was there ever a solution to this problem? I'm currently experiencing this issue, and nothing is resolving it.
