Did you recently have content banned? That's usually the reason for this.

A date that contains the 31st of December, 1969 as its expiry date means that it is a permanent UGC ban. This cannot be reversed unless you contact Steam Support.

You have 2 banned user generated content items and it looks like one was banned recently (maybe today). So you’re going to have a restriction on when you can upload again. The email should say when you can upload again.

I contacted steam support rn, but I havent gotten any message about any recent community bans or my content being removed. Issue started happening about week ago though, not today. But thanks for responses. Ill see with support.

Steam support can’t remove upload restrictions. You need to find the emails that Steam sends when UGC is banned and look for the dates within.
