There was an error creating your steam group - please try again.
About 3-4 months ago, I tried to create a new steam group. I can't do this because every time I try, it gives me an error saying "there was an error creating your steam group - please try again." Even when trying to create a steam group today, it gives me the same message.

I have restarted steam many times, all the fields are okay, and I have only created one group prior to when I tried creating a new steam group.

Does anyone know a solution to fix this?

Restarting Steam usually helps. May take a few trys though.

No, it doesn't!
Restarted it a bunch of times, NOTHING!
This error message keeps popping:
"There was an error creating your group - please try again."
Why is this happening?, no, better yet, i don't care why it is happening, i want you to fix it or do you not care about it, steam admins or whoever is in charge of this dept.? is this acceptable for you that so many people are having the same issue with no clue whatsoever?
