Steam API - L4D2 Stats Question (Weapon/Campaign IDs)

I've been experimenting with my own stats for Left 4 Dead 2 via the Steam API. I've been able to retrieve play time, total games played, etc.

The two pieces of data that I'm looking to retrieve are favorite weapon (Level 1 & 2) and favorite campaign. The endpoint provides that data but only with integer values.

For example, Stat.WeaponIDLvl1.Fav is equal to 0 for me. Now, I know that 0 equals pistol by referencing my favorite level 1 via the official stats page for my Steam account. But if suddenly my favorite level 1 weapon became something else, I wouldn't know what that number ID would be.

Is there any documentation to find out what all of the weapon ID and campaign IDs are?
