Logitech G29 Wheel not recognized by Steam
For some reason, my G29 doesn't show up in the controller settings. The G Hub software recognizes it, as does my device manager, but Steam refuses to acknowledge it anymore. It did when I first set it up, but when I plugged it back into the PC, it wouldn't show up as a usable controller for BP or any game. I've updated drivers, switched USB ports 100x, restarted everything, made sure everything was unticked in controller settings. Thank you in advance.

Can you specify what games are you using them for? Is it perhaps Asseto Corsa?
Is the G Hub software the same as Logitech Gaming Software 9.02? (maybe an updated version is out and i havent updated but program should be the same
thats the one I use

I just tried using the wheel and pedals in both American Truck Simulator and rFactor. They worked, but Steam as a client just won't recognize it. Weird.

But do I need both G Hub and LGS?

nah, if it works in game then you dont need it. Steam client just updated two days ago or maybe yesterday/today. Its might have been acting up due to the recent update. Honstly if it works in game i would not worry about it in steam at least

I thought it was not working in game for you thats why i suggested that other software
