i have a question in the future when i want to make a 4k 60fps max ultra settings ultra hd pc what processor is the best to keep it at 60fps you see i'm going to build it one one day but without the graphics card and hard drive right away with hard drive i have one for the time being.
so what i'd like to know is for the processor,memory,motherboard,psu and case which ones will keep the 4k at 60fps with it being in ultra max settings?

Technology moves too fast to answer that question properly. When exactly (or roughly) are you planning on building this new rig?

when i can afford it you see i want to make one without the hard drive and instead for the time being use my currant hard drive and get the graphics card later you see i want to get most of the computer then and the rest later.
