A gtx 1050ti will run street fighter 5 just fine. Your cpu, though old, is still good, and like i said earlier 8gb of ram is just fine.

It will run every game you asked about.

what 1050 ti will fit in a 2011 or 2012 dell xps 8500? it's the windows 7 i upgraded to 10 when the upgrade came out.

999999999 the card i have in it right now is a radeon 7770 ghz edition does that help with what i can put in it because it is kinda long

Any card that will physically fit. Measure what you have from the back mount to the drive bays in front or whatever else is the first thing it'd hit.
