Just get the 1050 ti then. You will be able to play all of these, though maybe not at max settings.

Max graphical settings. Basically it won't look as pretty as possible.

Battlefront 2 will probably have to be played on medium. The others should be fine.

As for the psu, i dont know the wattage of the one in your dell, but it is probably barely over what is required for what you have in there now. A 1060 needs a quality 450w minimum.

A 1050ti is your best bet. It sips power.

Probably really low quality, if it fails, it’ll take the entire computer with it.

It's most likely a cheap off-brand PSU with poor components. Don't ever try to put a heavy load on one of them.

Get the 1050ti for now, or just save up and get a whole new good computer.

No. Street fighter V likely won’t even run.
