Punkbuster process suspicious

I found a process called exactly PnkBstrA (32 bit) located in my system32 folder.
Is that the real Punkbuster process it seems a little suspicious ?
Should the real punkbuster process be in my System32 and always be running ?

additional information :

It's a .exe with a size of 76.0 KB

yes totally normal a legitimate but you should have both: PnkBstrA & PnkBstrB

Currently only PnkBstrA is running, I haven't started any games yet

Thats normal. Punkbuster is quite a punk itself and needs to be running like that
