I probably click in scam link. ( I fast send my skins to a friend ) Do I save? What can I do now?

"Probably", so you clicked a link without looking it up beforehands? What's preventing you from looking up the link now? Why question when Google exists.

Scan your computer if you did. Malwarebytes is a good starter.

I'd also define what 'fast send' means this case. Do you mean you traded your items to a friend in hurry before someone else steals them?

You don't plan on relying on other people to do your research for you from now on either, do you?

If in doubt, don't click; and instead look it up beforehands. That's always a good policy to go by. Scan your computer if you have any reason to believe you may have been compromised. There's no harm done doing so.

How well do you know this "frend" that you sent skins to?

Did you trade in the Steam window, or outside of it?

Did they give you anything for them?

Seriously, only ever trade in Steam's windw, for things you can actually see, and never on another site.

That's my good friend but it isn't problem. I don't know do I have this link on my computer. What was happened when I send this skins again to my account
