I'd also define what 'fast send' means this case. Do you mean you traded your items to a friend in hurry before someone else steals them?
You don't plan on relying on other people to do your research for you from now on either, do you?
If in doubt, don't click; and instead look it up beforehands. That's always a good policy to go by. Scan your computer if you have any reason to believe you may have been compromised. There's no harm done doing so.
Did you trade in the Steam window, or outside of it?
Did they give you anything for them?
Seriously, only ever trade in Steam's windw, for things you can actually see, and never on another site.
