Stop Advanced System Care Ultimate 11 from blocking random things?
Whenver I start up a game for the first time a notification will pop up in the bottom right telling me that "whatevergame.exe wants to access watevergame's file" Then I need to click on allow to allow the game to access it's own files.. Sometimes I forget to do this for full screen games and it causes random things to break and some games don't start period. It does this with just about anything I try to open and it is super annoying, how can I stop this? Oh also, after I click allow, I have to re launch whatever it is I tried to launch, and if it's a download that gets disturbed and I don't notice, I'll need to re install and remember to click allow..

Why would that matter?

Because windows UAC can be a pain when steam and games are installed there.

I think UAC checks regardless of the installed folder. It would be pointless to have the UAC feature if just changing the program installation folder prevented UAC from being active.
It does have some special rules for apps installed in the programs folder. Which can lead to severe PITA situations.

Why all talk about UAC? problem with rogueware ASC Ultimate that old known interfere with many software... idk why it still not listed in Steam support article - it old known as problem for client and games.

You throw it off your PC. It's modern day snake oil and as you noticed, it does more harm than good.
May have happened to me. May have accidentally blocked something. I've no clue how to undo what I did. Anyone knows where I can find the list of blocked or actions taken in the Advanced SystemCare? sO i can manually undo it.
